Find out what makes us unique and discover why banking locally in Arizona can help you reach your goals!
Founded in 1936, Arizona Financial is a locally-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative that provides consumer and small business banking services to more than 175,000 members across Arizona. Become a member and find out what that means for you!
We're owned by our members and governed by an all-volunteer, member-elected Board of Directors. Arizona Financial exists for the benefit of all members, not Wall Street stockholders.
We recognize that by joining together in our financial cooperative business model, all our members are more empowered to take control of their finances and reach their goals.
With the power of more than 175,000 members participating in Arizona Financial, you get the convenience of a big national bank with the benefits of banking locally.
Participating members share in the success when the cooperative does well in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividend rates, and fewer and lower banking fees.

New services to support your financial goals
At Arizona Financial, we’re always looking for ways to better serve you, and we’re excited to introduce three new services designed to help you protect, grow, and make the most of your money:
> Wills & Trusts: Create these essential legal documents with ease using our new online service that guides you through the process step by step.
> Buy Now, Pay Later: Eligible members can now pay off large debit card purchases over time – giving you more flexibility when you need it most.
> New Card Controls: We’ve retired the CardPower™ app and integrated its features directly into our online and mobile banking platforms, so you can manage your cards more conveniently in one place.
For more information about these new services, please refer to ArizonaFinancial.org/News.
Looking ahead
As we move into the second half of 2025, we’re continuing to invest in ways to serve you better:
> Two new branches are in the works – one in Phoenix and another in Queen Creek.
> A new loyalty program is on the horizon to reward your long-term membership and overall financial relationship with us.
> We’re also expanding our small business lending services to support local entrepreneurs and business owners.
Stay tuned for more updates.
Thank you for being a valued member of Arizona Financial. We’re honored to be part of your financial journey and look forward to continuing to serve you.
Sincerely,
Amy L. Hysell

Our Supervisory Committee is comprised of volunteers who are appointed by the Board of Directors to represent Arizona Financial's members. This committee serves as our checks and balances to keep us on track.
The committee is responsible for ensuring that members' funds and interests are protected at all times. To accomplish this goal, the Supervisory Committee performs several specific duties including: overseeing an annual independent audit of the credit union, verifying members' accounts, reviewing internal accounting systems and controls, and ensuring that all policies and procedural guidelines are followed.
The Supervisory Committee works closely with our Compliance and Review Services department, confirming the reliability of controls in place and the consistency of the credit union's protection processes. Along with participating in monthly board meetings and planning sessions, the Supervisory Committee continues to serve members on an individual basis.
