New Loyalty Rewards & Relationship Discounts

Starting this year, Arizona Financial is launching two new programs designed to show our thanks to members for choosing us as their trusted financial partner – Loyalty Rewards and Relationship Discounts.

The two new programs will reward members with valuable fee waivers and loan discounts – based on your length of membership and overall financial relationship.

Loyalty Rewards (1, 5 and 10-year milestone anniversaries)

With the Loyalty Rewards program, beginning on your 1-year membership anniversary – members will get perks like fee waivers, loan rate discounts, and discounts on financial services.

Your rewards will grow as you reach every new membership milestone anniversary (1, 5, 10 years). Plus, for each milestone anniversary members will have the opportunity to select an anniversary gift.

Relationship Discounts based on overall financial relationship

We know our members have a choice when it comes to financial services. With our new Relationship Discounts program – when you choose Arizona Financial for your banking and lending needs, you’ll also get rewards based on your combined loan and deposit account balances.

Loan rate discounts

Get loan rate discounts* on select new loans including new & used auto purchase loans, auto loan refinances (non-AZFCU loans) and closed-end home equity loans.

Loan rate discounts range from 0.25% up to 1.00%, and in many cases, these discounts can be “stacked” with other offers to maximize your savings.

Rewards and discounts are automatic

We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of the valuable benefits you’ve earned.

For loan rate discounts on a new loan, we will automatically apply eligible loan rate discounts at the time of loan closing.

For fee waiver or refund requests, these will be processed automatically at the end of each month. For Overdraft or Insufficient Funds fees, you may request a refund in person at a branch, by sending a message through online banking or the mobile app, or calling 602-683-1000.

Loan rate discounts apply only to eligible consumer closed‑end loans. Eligibility for Relationship Discounts is determined using your combined loan and deposit balances as of your loan application date.

Loyalty Discounts are based on your length of membership. Discounts may be stacked when applicable; however, the combined discounts cannot reduce your interest rate below the loan’s floor rate, and some promotional offers may not be combined. Discounts available through third‑party programs (such as car buying or insurance partners) may have additional limitations or eligibility requirements. All loans are subject to credit approval. Program terms, eligibility criteria, and rate floors are subject to change without notice.

Anniversary gifts awarded during the month of your 1-year, 5-year, and 10-year anniversaries. Consumer accounts only, must be 18 or older to qualify. If you have already passed one of these milestones, we'll catch you on your next milestone anniversary.
