As we approach the holiday season, I want to take a moment to reflect on the
incredible impact we’ve made together in 2025 – and to thank you, our members,
for being the driving force behind it.
FEATURE: Arizona Financial Foundation awards $300,000 in grants

Arizona Financial Foundation recently awarded $300,000 in grants to 21 Arizona nonprofits through the Local Causes giveback program.
With the launch of the new Foundation, Arizona Financial will expand its charitable giving to local nonprofits, focusing on domestic violence awareness, first responders, financial education & literacy, and community engagement.
Branch expansion: New Biltmore & Queen Creek branches

Looking ahead to 2026, we're planning to open our new Phoenix Biltmore branch in January or February at 32nd Street and Camelback Road.
Our new Queen Creek branch is expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027, depending on how construction and permitting progress. It will be located near Ellsworth and Rittenhouse roads.
New fee for incoming wires
Periodically, the credit union reviews its current fee structure to ensure the fees we charge are adequate to cover costs.
Effective Jan. 5, there will be a new $9 fee for incoming wires over $100. For the current fee schedule, visit ArizonaFinancial.org/Disclosures
‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ offers: Split your payments
Stretch your money further! Now with our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) offers in online and mobile banking – you can split large purchases made on your Arizona Financial debit card into smaller payments for added financial flexibility.
Plus, with our BNPL program, there are no credit checks – and you can accept offers and manage your purchases all within online and mobile banking.
Loyalty rewards program coming in 2026

We’re excited to announce, starting early next year, we’ll begin rolling out a new loyalty program designed to thank you for your membership with us.
The program will reward members with valuable fee waivers and loan discounts based on length of membership and overall financial relationship.

Travel notice reminder
Don’t let a declined card ruin your holiday. If you’re planning travel, make sure to notify us to avoid any issues with your debit or credit card.
It’s easy! Just access Card Controls in online and mobile banking and set a Travel Notice. With Card Controls you can also turn your cards on or off, set alerts and transaction control limits.
