In my update, you'll find out about some exciting new services we’ve recently rolled out!
Plus, get the latest on our continued branch expansion plans in Phoenix, Chandler and Queen Creek.
Now Open! New Chandler Pecos Branch
We’re excited to announce our new Chandler branch is open for business. The Chandler Pecos Branch located at 1155 S. Arizona Avenue is our second branch location in Chandler.
The new branch is located on Arizona Avenue just north of the Santan Freeway in the Walmart shopping center.
Drive thru & drive-up ATM
For your convenience, the new branch has two drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM.
Branch hours:
Mon. - Thur., 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Fri., 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
As announced previously, planning is also underway for two additional branches. The new Phoenix Biltmore branch, which will be located at 32nd Street and Camelback Road, is targeted to open in late 2025 or early 2026.
The Queen Creek project will be a new build located near Ellsworth and Rittenhouse roads. It’s targeted to open in 2026 or early 2027 depending on construction and permitting.
Branch expansion continues
We continue to look for additional expansion opportunities and we’ll share more details as they become available.

With this service, members are able to create a will or trust on a user-friendly online platform from the comfort and convenience of home at an affordable price.

View the menu of services and answer the guide questionnaire.
Once you submit your questionnaire, you’ll get instructions to download the documents within just a few days.
To execute your documents, you will need to sign your documents in the presence of a notary and witness, which is available by appointment at any Arizona Financial branch.

New Card Controls in online & mobile banking
Now you can manage your Arizona Financial debit and credit cards with our new Card Controls feature, conveniently located inside online banking and the mobile app!
With Card Controls, you can:
- Turn your personal debit & credit cards on or off
- Set card alerts & notifications (large withdrawal, low balance and more!)
- Set transaction controls
- New! Set travel notices
With these new enhancements, the CardPower app has been retired, which means you now have one less app to manage!

New 'Buy Now, Pay Later' offers
Members who make purchases with their Arizona Financial debit card may begin to see Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) offers in online banking and the mobile app.
With our BNPL program, there are no credit checks, allowing you to spread out payments over time for added financial flexibility.
Your debit card purchases with BNPL offers will be displayed within the Buy Now, Pay Later section in online and mobile banking. For your convenience, you can accept and manage your offers right from your account. No need to call or apply!
We’re excited to offer BNPL as an additional financial tool to help members budget and manage their cash flow.
Free nationwide ATM access
Whether you're traveling this summer or staying in town, remember as a credit union member you have local and nationwide access to 30,000+ ATMs surcharge free, including many Costco and 7-Eleven stores.
Plus, you can access your account at more than 5,000 shared credit union branches.

Preapproved loan offers, check your account
In the market for a new credit card, auto loan, home equity loan or personal loan?
Check your account for your offers – you may already be preapproved!
You can find out if you’re preapproved for Arizona Financial loans and credit cards, right from the mobile app or online banking.
It’s easy to view and accept your offers!
Log in to your account online or launch the mobile app and click the “My Offers” link to get started.
If you don't see any offers listed, you can simply apply online, anytime.
Plus, we also send preapproved offers by email periodically to eligible members. Make sure we have your current email address on file to be notified.
