Find out what makes us unique and discover why banking locally in Arizona can help you reach your goals!
Founded in 1936, Arizona Financial is a locally-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative that provides consumer and small business banking services to more than 175,000 members across Arizona. Become a member and find out what that means for you!
We're owned by our members and governed by an all-volunteer, member-elected Board of Directors. Arizona Financial exists for the benefit of all members, not Wall Street stockholders.
We recognize that by joining together in our financial cooperative business model, all our members are more empowered to take control of their finances and reach their goals.
With the power of more than 175,000 members participating in Arizona Financial, you get the convenience of a big national bank with the benefits of banking locally.
Participating members share in the success when the cooperative does well in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividend rates, and fewer and lower banking fees.

First Quarter 2026
At Arizona Financial, everything we do starts with you in mind. As we begin 2026, I’m excited to share two new ways we’re saying “thank you” for your trust and membership – Loyalty Rewards and Relationship Discounts – new programs built to deliver meaningful savings and perks across your financial life stages.
Loyalty Rewards recognizes the longevity of your membership
Beginning with your one-year anniversary – and growing again at five and ten years – you’ll receive benefits like fee waivers, loan rate discounts, and discounts on select financial services. During each milestone anniversary, we’ll also invite you to choose an anniversary gift, so your celebration feels personal.
Relationship Discounts offer valuable loan discounts
You may also qualify for additional savings on eligible new consumer loans based on your combined loan and deposit account balances. Loan rate discounts range from 0.25% up to 1.00%, and in many cases, these discounts can be “stacked” with other offers to maximize your savings.
Together, these programs reflect our ongoing commitment: empower you to reach your goals, simplify your finances, and deliver tangible value at every stage of your relationship with us. Visit ArizonaFinancial.org/Loyalty to learn more about these programs.
New branches in Biltmore & Queen Creek
I’m also pleased to share a branch update: our former Colonnade Branch has moved to its new location – now open on the northwest corner of 32nd Street and Camelback Road in the Camelback business corridor. We look forward to welcoming you to this modern, full-service branch with convenient drive-thru and ATM access. Get more details by visiting ArizonaFinancial.org/Biltmore.
We’re also actively working on our branch in Queen Creek, located near Ellsworth and Rittenhouse roads, with an expected opening in late 2026 or early 2027. We look forward to serving members in that area soon.
Thank you for being part of the Arizona Financial family. Your trust inspires us to keep raising the bar for value, service, and innovation – this year and every year.
With gratitude,
Amy L. Hysell

Our Supervisory Committee is comprised of volunteers who are appointed by the Board of Directors to represent Arizona Financial's members. This committee serves as our checks and balances to keep us on track.
The committee is responsible for ensuring that members' funds and interests are protected at all times. To accomplish this goal, the Supervisory Committee performs several specific duties including: overseeing an annual independent audit of the credit union, verifying members' accounts, reviewing internal accounting systems and controls, and ensuring that all policies and procedural guidelines are followed.
The Supervisory Committee works closely with our Compliance and Review Services department, confirming the reliability of controls in place and the consistency of the credit union's protection processes. Along with participating in monthly board meetings and planning sessions, the Supervisory Committee continues to serve members on an individual basis.
