Do not share your account passwords. We will never ask you for your account password over the phone or through email. We do not need your password to be able to help you.
Help protect your phone and computer by not opening files that you aren't expecting in your email or text messages. This could include links that may look like the real deal but are posing as fake versions of websites used to steal your information.
