You Can Help Us Fight Fraud!
Fraudsters take advantage of every opportunity to harm consumers and the financial institutions that provide you with services. We invest significant resources in protecting your assets from scams, phishing, fraud, and other forms of theft.
Fake phone calls, voicemails, emails, and texts are used to gather your personal and card information. The fraudsters will pretend to be banks, credit unions, health groups, government agencies, and law enforcement to capture this information.
Use the information below to protect your personal information and accounts from fraud.
Never share your PIN, CVV, or any one-time passcodes with anyone, even if they say they are from Arizona Financial. If you're ever in doubt if it's Arizona Financial on the phone, hang up and call us at 602-683-1000 or on the phone number on the back of your card.
Do not share your account passwords. We will never ask you for your account password over the phone or through email. We do not need your password to be able to help you.
Help protect your phone and computer by not opening files that you aren't expecting in your email or text messages. This could include links that may look like the real deal but are posing as fake versions of websites used to steal your information.
If you're ever in doubt about a phone call, text message or anything else you can use the number on the back of your card to safely contact us.
