Government Shutdown Assistance Loan Program
Arizona Financial's Government Shutdown Assistance Loan Program is designed to provide financial relief to qualifying federal and state government employees who experience financial hardship or loss of pay as a result of the shutdown.
Important Information
Arizona Financial will require applicants to provide their most recent paystubs to support the amount of the loan request. We will pull credit as part of the loan application process, and the loan request is subject to all Arizona Financial loan guidelines.1

Current Federal and State Government Employees
Program is available to all current federal and state government employees who are impacted by the current government shutdown. Proof of furlough may be required. -
Contractors
Government contractors are not eligible for the program. -
Credit Review
Credit will be pulled as part of the application process and reviewed to determine creditworthiness and ability to repay. -
Membership
You must become a member of Arizona Financial to qualify for this loan. Must reside in state of Arizona. -
One Loan
One (1) loan is allowed per member. -
Good Standing
Current members must be in good standing with Arizona Financial. -
One-Time Monthly Net Pay
Maximum of one-time monthly net pay with a max loan amount of $6,000, whichever is lesser. -
90 Days No Payment
First payment due date may be extended to a maximum of 90 days from the date of funding.

What income documentation will need to be provided?
For all applicants, we will require your most recent paystubs to verify income. For current members, we may be able to verify your income using direct deposit.
What if I need more than $6,000?
For members needing more than $6,000, you may request a greater amount. Loans over $6,000 will be treated as a normal Arizona Financial personal loan following current underwriting guidelines.
When will my first payment be due?
The first payment date for Government Shutdown Assistance Loans is a maximum of 90 days from the date of funding.
