Promotion Period 

The “Arizona Financial 90th Anniversary Member Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) begins on June 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Arizona Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Arizona Time (the "Promotion Period"). The official clock for purposes of the Giveaway is that of the Sponsor.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (D.C) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Must be a member of Arizona Financial Credit Union as of June 5, 2026, and in good standing at time of winner selection. Employees, officials and volunteers of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, siblings, spouses and individuals living in the same household), are not eligible to win. Contest is subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry

An individual will be deemed a Participant in the Giveaway upon completion of all required fields in the online “90th Anniversary Member Giveaway” submission form during the promotion period to earn one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person. Submitting multiple entries does not increase the chance to win. Multiple entries from the same Participant will not be considered and may result in disqualification. 

Personal Information/Opt-in

Participants are providing their information to sponsor and not to any other entity. By entering,

• You grant Sponsor  permission to use the information provided to contact you regarding credit union products, services and future promotional offers.  

• You grant Sponsor  permission to share your name in conjunction with any prizes you may or may not win.

• You grant Sponsor permission to use your name and or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• A participant may opt out of receiving future promotional communications by  by selecting the unsubscribe link on any electronic communication sent out by Sponsor  regarding this Giveway.     Participant will remain eligible for this Giveaway whether or not you opt in to receive promotional communications from the Sponsor.

Prizes

A total of seventy (70) prizes will be awarded. Individual prizes consist of:

• $500 airline gift card (10 winners)
• $200 grocery gift card (10 winners)
• $100 grocery gift card (20 winners)
• $50 Gas Card (30 winners)

Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is $10,500. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules, the value of each prize may be treated as income to the winner, and the winner may be responsible for reporting income and payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok or any company affiliated with the prizes. Additionally, the mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product as prize does not imply Sponsors' endorsement or affiliation, and no such relationship should be inferred.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via random drawing held on or about August 7, 2026. Potential winners will be notified via the information provided at entry (email address or phone number). Potential winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of initial notification attempt. Failure to respond, or a determination that the potential winner is ineligible or disqualified, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected via random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

Limitation Of Liability

By participating in this Giveaway, all Participants and Prize Winners agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all damages, loss or liability resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of awarded prize. This includes but is not limited to, any non-possession of the prize due to incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail, viruses or any downloading or other problems with the Giveaway, or technical issues which result in incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect information being delivered in by or to Participants and Prize Winners in relation to this Giveaway. Participants and Prize winners acknowledge that Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance or performance of any prize.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner.

Governing Law

These Official Rules and Regulations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Except where prohibited, Participants and Prize Winners agree that all disputes or claims arising out or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court in the County of Maricopa, Arizona. Furthermore, Participants and Prize Winners agree that all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket expenses incurred associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event include attorney’s or legal fees.

If any provision of these Official Rules or any other document used in connection with this Giveaway is declared illegal, null, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Right To Cancel Or Modify Contest

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor.
